SALES/RENTAL AGENT:
Looking for a dedicated agent to work in a profitable boutique real estate firm. All our employees are friendly and helpful, which make for a comfortable working environment that will help you excel and succeed. We want our employees to be successful agents in the field and we work hard to get you there.
ABOUT US:
We are a private brokerage that solely works in the apartment leasing sector of the real estate industry. We handle apartments all throughout the Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island & Upper Bronx which gives you excellent exposure to make a firm salary. Applicants should have the requirements listed below along with cell phone, and computer.
*NOTE* This is home-based; commission based, and requires travel throughout the above mentioned areas.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
NY State licensed Real Estate Agent
Experience in person-to-person sales or customer service a plus
Excellent demeanor conveyed in person and over the phone
Experience in sales calling and cold calling a plus
A persistent and tenacious attitude
Flexible schedule
A MUST is that you have an excellent vocabulary and professionalism about you
Time management skills are very important
